...dowiedzieć się, że nie tylko w Polsce są firmy marnujące papier na powiadomienie klienta o jakiejś bezsensownie niskiej kwocie.
Zrezygnowaliśmy kilka miesięcy temu z usług firmy Verizon, a oni z uporem maniaka co miesiąc przysyłają fakturę korygującą na 50 centów. Gdyby jeszcze to było do zapłaty, to bym zapłacił i miał święty spokój, ale to jest nadpłata, a mnie się nawet nie chce dzwonić i pytać co i jak. Może to taka strategia, żeby klient nie zapomniał o firmie :-) ...

...to find out that there are also companies in US that waste their money on sending bills with some unreasonably small amounts.
We cancelled our services with Verizon few months ago, and every month since then they send us a credit note for 50 cents. The problem is it is a receivable, so I cannot just pay it and get rid of those bills. But I have no time to call and find out what to do with it. Besides, it might just be a strategy not to let us forget about them :-) ...
