Wyszedłem z nory... / I went out of a burrow...

Wreszczie po kilq miesiącach siedzenia po 15 godzin 7 dni w tygodniu w biurze bez okien wyszedłem na światło dzienne. Z dodatkową 5-cio kilgramową oponką na brzuchu, z paroma dioptriami na minusie więcej, z worami pod oczami do samej ziemi i z absolutnym brakiem chęci do pracy i nauki. Ale projekt został formalnie zakończony. Pozostało jeszcze kilka drobiazgów, ale to już zasadniczo kosmetyka.

W ramach obchodów zakończenia dostaliśmy bilety na mecz hokeja. Tzn. ja załatwiłem, żeby to był akurat mecz hokeja. Firma ma wykupioną lożę klubową w lokalnej hali sportowo-rozrywkowej. Generalnie dla klientów, ale jak nie ma chętnych na jakąś imprezę, to można dostać bilety.

Grała lokalna drużyna Stołecznych z Panterami z Florydy. Niby to NHL, ale poziom kiepski. Zresztą co ja się odzywam, skoro to mój pierwszy mecz hokejowy oglądany w całości :-).

Finally, after few months of sitting 15 hours a day 7 days a week in the windowless office, I have seen the daylight. I have gained 10 pounds around my belly, few dioptres more of vision impairment, enormous under eye bags and the complete lack of motivation for work and study. But the project is done. There are few small things to fix, but nothing really significant.

As a way to celebrate the completion of the project we got tickets for the hockey game. Well, I help them to be tickets for hockey game. The firm has a box in the local sport hall. In general it is used for the purpose od the client entertainment, but when there is no-one interested in some event, the tickets are available for others.

It was a game between Capitals and Florida Panthers. It is NHL, but the whole game was rather boring. Well, I might not be the one to judge it, as it was my first hockey game seen as a whole :-).

Gra toczyła się w większości pod bramką Stołecznych. / The most game was played close to the Capitals goal.

Hala jak zwykle pełna ludzi. Podobno ciężko dostać bilety. / The hall was full of people. The tickets are usually hard to get.

Maszynka do wygładzania lodu. / A machine to glaze the ice.

Pod koniec trzeciej tercji przy stanie 3:3 nerwy zaczęły puszczać i doczekaliśmy się małej przepychanki na tafli. Szkoda, że nie zaczęli się lać :-))) / By the end of the third period with the tie 3:3, the situation became more nervous and there was a small disagreement on ice. Pity, they did not fight :-)))

Skończyło się na dogrywce i karniakach. I Stołeczni przegrali :-). / The game ended with overtime and shootout. And Capitals lost the game :-).
